Q: Will we commit to closing?

Once we have the signed Agreement sent to our licensed title company, we will begin the transaction process. From there, you can leave all the work and closing fees to us! We will close within one week from the title company clearing title, we will send you a mobile notary (at our expense) at a location of your choice, or we can close at the title company office to sign the closing documents.
